ContentFlip provides an AI-powered script generation tool for real estate and business professionals. The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
2. Account Registration & Security
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
We offer monthly and annual paid subscriptions. All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard.
4. Limitation of Liability
ContentFlip and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use or inability to use our tool. We do not guarantee the financial success or accuracy of the generated scripts.
5. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the input you provide and the scripts generated by the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights or local regulations.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
